1. Publisher and Website Information

The website fexuro.com is published and operated by Midieo Operations LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number ΗΕ 477197.

Registered office: Persefonis, 1, Flat/Office D, Aradippou, 7103, Larnaca, Cyprus.

Publication Manager: Midieo Operations LTD.

For any enquiry, customers are encouraged to reach the team via the chat available on the website or by email at: contact@fexuro.com.

The website is hosted by SiteGround Hosting Ltd., whose infrastructure is located in Ireland and the Netherlands.

Accessing the website, opening an account or subscribing to any of the available offers constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Scope and Application

These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships between Fexuro and any person subscribing to one of its services remotely.

Two types of services are available on the website: a Concierge subscription, providing access to a set number of hours of personalised assistance, and a Magazine subscription, consisting of the periodic distribution of digital content published under the Fexuro brand.

These services are intended exclusively for adults acting in a personal capacity. Any use that is unlawful, fraudulent, manifestly abusive or contrary to applicable regulations may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of access to the service.

In the context of the Concierge service, Fexuro acts as an intermediary and agent on behalf of the customer for any request involving a third party. Prestations ultimately carried out by an external provider remain the sole responsibility of that provider.

3. Description of Services

3.1 – The Concierge

The Concierge subscription gives the customer a credit of assistance hours, enabling them to entrust Fexuro with a wide range of organisational, coordination and research tasks.

Types of tasks that may be handled include in particular:

  • identifying solutions tailored to a specific need expressed by the customer,
  • preparing and tracking bookings of any kind,
  • coordinating travel, stays, appointments, events or routine administrative procedures,
  • sourcing and recommending suitable providers for a given situation,
  • reaching out to or following up with third-party contacts on the customer's behalf,
  • finding alternative solutions in the event of an unexpected issue or difficulty arising during a task,
  • preparing options for the customer's review and approval before any commitment is made.

The Concierge service does not cover areas falling within regulated professions and does not take on the material execution of tasks entrusted to third parties. Fexuro reserves the right to decline any request that is unlawful, dangerous, disproportionate, contrary to public decency or manifestly outside the normal scope of the service.

Hours are deducted based on the time actually spent by the Fexuro team on processing, follow-up, coordination and communications related to each request.

3.2 – The Magazine

The Magazine subscription provides access to a digital publication issued every week by Fexuro, under its own editorial direction.

This service operates entirely independently from the Concierge: it includes no assistance hours, does not add to the hourly balance of an active Concierge subscription, and may be taken out separately or alongside it.

Magazine content may include curated selections, recommendations, practical information, inspiration, thematic features and any other subject falling within Fexuro's editorial scope.

4. Account Creation and Personal Space

Subscribing to any Fexuro service requires the prior creation of a customer account. Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at this stage, including their identity, a valid email address, a phone number and valid payment details.

Once the account is activated, a personal space is made available, allowing customers to:

  • view active subscriptions,
  • update certain personal details,
  • review the history of requests submitted to the Concierge,
  • download invoices,
  • initiate a cancellation,
  • access the Magazine when the corresponding subscription is active.

Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. The customer is solely responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity carried out from their account, until an unauthorised access is reported.

Fexuro puts in place reasonable technical and organisational measures to secure access to the website, accounts and associated data.

5. Offers, Trial Period and Pricing

5.1 – Concierge

All first-time Concierge subscriptions include a three (3)-day trial period charged at £0.01 inc. VAT.

Unless a cancellation request is made before the end of this period, the subscription is automatically activated on the plan selected by the customer from the following options:

  • 3h – £19.75 Perfect for a single task or a quick test of the service.
  • 4h – £29.75 Ideal for a handful of errands handled in one go.
  • 6h – £39.75 Handle a full day's requests without lifting a finger.
  • 7h – £49.75 For a busy week of tasks, all taken care of for you.
  • 9h – £59.75 Tackle multiple ongoing tasks across the week with ease.
  • 11h – £69.75 A month's worth of support, always ready when you need it.

Hours are deducted progressively as time is spent processing requests. The billing frequency is that agreed by the customer at the time of subscription.

5.2 – Magazine

The digital magazine subscription is available at a maximum of £7.60 per month (including VAT).

The first payment is not taken until the seventh (7th) day following the activation date. After this period, the subscription renews automatically at each billing date unless the customer cancels beforehand.

The Magazine subscription is open-ended and may be cancelled at any time. It is independent from the Concierge subscription and cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other, unless the offer subscribed to expressly provides otherwise.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fexuro reserves the right to revise its pricing, subject to notifying the customer in advance.

5.3 – Pricing Provisions Applicable to Both Services

All displayed prices are inclusive of tax. The trial period, the Concierge subscription and the Magazine subscription may be billed in one or several equal instalments, at no extra cost to the customer, in accordance with the billing frequency presented at the time of subscription.

Fexuro reserves the right to consolidate or split certain payments for technical or processing reasons, provided this does not result in any additional cost to the customer.

Any banking or transaction fees applied by the customer's financial institution or card issuer are independent of Fexuro.

If pricing changes affect an active subscription, the customer will be notified in advance and will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

6. Payment, Invoicing and Renewal

Payments are made by credit or debit card through a secure payment solution integrated into the website.

The trial period charge for the Concierge is collected upon subscription confirmation. Subsequent subscription amounts are then collected according to the applicable billing frequency or the payment terms confirmed at the time of the order.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless cancelled in accordance with the conditions set out herein.

In the event of a failed payment — expired card, bank rejection, insufficient funds or any other issue — Fexuro may notify the customer and suspend access to the affected service pending resolution. If payment details are not updated within forty-eight (48) hours, the suspension may remain in place until the outstanding amount is settled.

Payment receipts and invoices are accessible from the personal space or can be sent upon request to the customer service team.

7. Subscription Duration, Cancellation and Effects

Concierge and Magazine subscriptions are open-ended and renew automatically at each billing date, unless cancelled in advance.

Customers may end their subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

  • the unsubscribe form accessible from the Contact page,
  • the subscription management page available in their personal space,
  • the online chat available on the website, which remains the recommended channel for any request.

The request must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.

Where a customer holds both a Concierge and a Magazine subscription simultaneously, cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other, unless the subscribed offer expressly provides otherwise.

Outside of cases covered by the right of withdrawal or a more favourable commercial guarantee, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period already paid for. Open-ended subscriptions may be cancelled without penalty, provided these conditions are respected.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Any customer acting as a consumer benefits, for any contract concluded remotely, from a legal withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days running from the activation date, whether the subscription relates to the Concierge or the Magazine.

This right may be exercised by means of any unambiguous statement clearly expressing the customer's wish to withdraw, in particular from the customer area, by email to contact@fexuro.com, or using the model withdrawal form set out below.

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Fexuro will refund the amounts paid in respect of the relevant service within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the request.

If the customer has expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, they will remain liable for an amount proportionate to the service already provided up to the date of withdrawal. This rule applies to both the Concierge and the Magazine.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of services fully performed before the expiry of the legal period, where performance began with the customer's express prior consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal, in the cases provided for by applicable law, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

A model withdrawal form is available at the bottom of this page. You can view and print it at any time by clicking the button provided for this purpose.

9. Commercial Guarantee

Fexuro offers a "satisfaction guarantee" commercial warranty.

Under this guarantee, customers may request a refund of their most recent subscription payment. This guarantee is separate from and independent of the statutory right of withdrawal referred to in the preceding article.

A refund request under this guarantee may only cover the most recent payment collected.

Requests may be submitted via the website chat, from the customer area, or by email to contact@fexuro.com. If the request is approved, the refund is processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.

This commercial guarantee supplements the customer's statutory rights and does not replace them.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fexuro's activities fall within the scope of assistance, advisory support and intermediation. Its obligations are assessed in light of the nature of this role, and do not extend to outcomes achieved by any third parties involved.

Services materially performed by third-party providers remain the sole responsibility of those providers. Fexuro cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, non-performance, quality deficiencies or damages attributable to an external operator.

Fexuro's liability may equally not be invoked in the event of temporary website unavailability, technical failure, force majeure, or where a request cannot be processed due to information that is incomplete, inaccurate or submitted late by the customer.

11. Personal Data Processing

In connection with access to the website and use of the services, personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of managing user accounts, tracking subscriptions, handling concierge requests, administering the customer relationship, issuing invoices, maintaining service security and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Some of this data may be shared with authorised technical providers, the hosting company or the payment processing partner, strictly to the extent necessary for service delivery or as required by law. Fexuro does not store complete banking details.

All data is hosted on servers located within the European Union, in Ireland and the Netherlands. Appropriate protective measures are in place to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Any user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by sending a request to: contact@fexuro.com. Customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's supervisory authority for data protection. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Complaints, Mediation and Disputes

The Fexuro customer service team is available via chat on the website, from the personal space or at contact@fexuro.com for any information request, complaint or dispute notification.

An amicable resolution is always sought before any formal proceedings are initiated.

Should a disagreement persist, consumer customers may refer the matter free of charge to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Language

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales for customers whose habitual residence is outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

For consumers residing within the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain fully enforceable, including those under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The competent jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable legal rules, in particular those arising from private international law instruments and, where relevant, the Rome I and Brussels I bis Regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between two versions, the version in the customer's language prevails. For customers based in the United Kingdom, the English version constitutes the reference text.
