Terms of payment

1.1 – Assistance Packs

Assistance Packs are one-off purchases charged at checkout: £19 for 2 hours, £29 for 3 hours, £39 for 4 hours, £49 for 7 hours and £59 for 8 hours. They do not renew automatically.

1.2 – Monthly Assistance Plan

The Monthly Assistance Plan includes 11 hours of assistance per month. It is charged at £0.10 for the first 3 days, then £69/month, and renews monthly unless cancelled.

1.3 – Magazine

The digital Magazine costs £7.60/month after a seven (7) day free period and renews automatically unless cancelled. It is separate from Assistance Packs and the Monthly Assistance Plan.

Fexuro reserves the right to modify its rates. Customers with an ongoing subscription will be notified in advance of any change affecting that subscription.

Assistance Packs are billed once at checkout and do not renew. The Monthly Assistance Plan and Magazine are billed according to the recurring schedule shown for each offer.

The amount charged is the price displayed and accepted by the user at the time of purchase or subscription. Charges are made in GBP.

Only the Monthly Assistance Plan and Magazine renew automatically according to their stated monthly billing schedule. Assistance Packs are one-off purchases and never renew automatically.

The user can manage or cancel a renewable subscription according to the modalities provided on the site.

The user must provide valid payment data at the time of purchase or subscription. Payment information is used exclusively for transactions linked to the selected service.

In the event of a payment failure, in particular due to an expired card, insufficient balance, or bank refusal, the user must regularize their situation to maintain access to the service. In the event of non-regularization, access to the services may be suspended.

Payment for the services is made by bank card through the payment solution offered on the site at checkout.

Transactions are carried out in pounds sterling (£). All payments are encrypted and protected in accordance with applicable security standards.

The user may terminate or cancel their subscription according to the modalities provided in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, in the Cancellation Conditions available on the site.

The cancellation or termination will take effect under the conditions provided in those documents.

Refunds are possible in the cases provided for by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Cancellation Conditions, or applicable regulations.

Any refund request must be sent via chat or by email to the address contact@fexuro.com.

When a refund is accepted, it will be made by the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless technically impossible.

Fexuro may adjust its rates and modify its billing conditions depending on the evolution of its services, the market, or applicable regulations.

Any change applicable to an ongoing subscription will be subject to prior notice under the conditions provided by the applicable contractual documents.

Fexuro applies security measures intended to protect payments and information transmitted during transactions.

Payments are processed via secure protocols and through specialized technical providers.
